Orders
You must be aged 18 or over to place an order through our website.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary. If this happens, any payment made will be refunded in full.
Please ensure all order and delivery details are entered correctly when purchasing.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices may change from time to time, but you will always pay the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Handmade Products
All items are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, texture, or finish. Small bubbles and natural variations are part of the unique character of fused glass.
We make every effort to display products accurately, although colours may appear differently on different screens and devices.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail tracked services where possible.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control. However, if there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will always do our best to help resolve it.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, events outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil orders or provide services. This may include postal disruptions, supply shortages, extreme weather, technical failures, illness, or other unexpected events.
In these situations, we will communicate with customers as clearly as possible and work to resolve matters fairly.
Commissions & Personalised Orders
Commissioned and personalised items will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
As these items are custom-made, they are generally non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
We reserve the right to decline commission requests where appropriate.
Workshops
Workshop places may be limited and advance booking may be required.
Participants must follow any safety instructions provided during workshops.
Fusion Spirit reserves the right to refuse participation or remove anyone behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
Children attending workshops must be supervised where required.
