Returns and refunds


At  Fusion Spirit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As all of our items are handmade, slight variations may occur and form part of the character of the piece.


This policy is in line with UK consumer law.

Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.


To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Items must be returned:

Unused
In their original condition
In original packaging where possible

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged:

Custom or personalised commissions

Bespoke made-to-order items
Workshop bookings already attended


This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.


Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

A repair
Replacement

Or refund

where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.


If damage has occurred during delivery, we may ask for photographs of both the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.


Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.


Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Original delivery charges are refundable where required under UK consumer laws


Workshop Cancellations
If you need to cancel a workshop booking, please contact us as soon as possible.


Where sufficient notice is given, we may offer:

A transfer to another workshop
Store credit
Or a refund


Unfortunately, we may not be able to refund cancellations made at short notice where materials and preparation costs have already been incurred.
